  10. CAD/CAM Excellence: We leverage Cimatron CAD/CAM software for mold design and Mastercam CAD/CAM software for milling and turning.
  11. Cutting-Edge Machinery: Our extensive lineup includes 28+ vertical machining centers, high-speed CNC routers, and 4th axis rotary machining.
  12. Spacious Workspace: With a 12’ x 8’ x 4’ work envelope, we handle steel cutting up to 83” x 48” and aluminum and plastic cutting of virtually any size through modular processes.
  13. Turning Expertise: Our 4 CNC turning centers offer up to 15” swing x 60” with live milling capabilities.
  14. Comprehensive Workshop: Our manual machines encompass Bridgeports, horizontal mills, lathes up to 24” swing x 120” long, and 3.6” thru-hole, along with radial drills, surface grinders, and MIG and TIG welders.

Our History

Here at Impres Engineering Services we strive to excel in all aspects of product development through production machining services.
 
Our 36,000 square foot manufacturing facility allows us to grow and innovate. Impres employs 12 skilled craftsman and CAD/CAM programmers and houses a variety of programmable CNC machine tools. Programming is done on our 5 axis Cimatron CAD/CAM software with mold design or Mastercam CAD/CAM software for milling and turning.  We have 28+ vertical machining centers and large capacity CNC routers, high speed milling with 40,000 RPM spindle speeds and 4th axis rotary machining. Additionally, 5 axis machining with a 12’ x 8’ x 4’ work envelope, steel cutting up to 83” x 48” and aluminum and plastic cutting of almost any size through modular processes. Also included in our workshop are 4 CNC turning centers: up to 15” swing x 60” with live milling. A variety of manual machines are also included in our workshop; Bridgeports and horizontal mills, lathes up to 24” swing x 120” long and 3.6” thru hole, radial drills, surface grinders, and MIG and TIG welders.
